I have completed both the "Lahori Gate Challenge" and "Gwangbokjeol Challenge" but I haven't got any of the charms added onto my account even tho it said "Collected". I have restart six siege, and uplay multiple times by now and nothing worked, is there any chance I can get this fixed and both of them added onto my account?

I checked the image provided and can confirm that both rewards have been added to your account, so have a look when you get a chance and see if you can locate it
