I understand that the idiots at Ubisoft most likely dont know what is causing the FPS to be capped at 30, but they should at least be transparent about the process of fixing it. Im sick of this our team is aware of the issue. What does that mean then? Is there an estimated time that the game will be playable again? It is so apparent that Ubi doesnt care when they just dont respond to Xbox players about the issue and wont say anything about the issue. Is this a complex issue that wasnt totally caused by the patch? Or is it something simple that will be fixed soon? Ubi should be more open about this or at least give some estimated time range to when the FPS will be fixed. At this point I may as well spend 800 dollars on a new Xbox just to play the game.
Hello erc1674 and NINJAFLeX.eXo! I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience that has been caused by the FPS issues in Rainbow Six Siege. Considering the impact that performance problems like this can have on your overall gameplay experience, I can completely understand your frustration here. In your shoes, I would feel exactly the same. I also apologize for the disappointment that may have been caused by our team throughout this whole ordeal. It is justifiable why you would want to have more visibility on such an impacting issue, and I'm sorry that the lack of visibility has ultimately made you feel as if you aren't cared about.
When it comes to the investigation processes of the development team(s), I'm afraid there are policies in place that may prevent us from providing all the details players would like to see. On top of that, Support does not receive any information pertaining to possible patches until they are released and have no further information in that regard. With that being said, I'm not able to disclose when this will definitively be resolved or discuss the step-by-step process of the team. However, I can assure you that it is actively being investigated and is a top priority for the team! As stated in this post, updates will continue to be shared as they become available. I understand this is not the answer or information you may have been hoping to see, but it is all that is available at this time. Please continue checking the official Twitter for Siege for new information on this issue. In the meantime, thank you both for your continued patience and understanding.
