So right after Crimson Heist came out my FPS has been half of the previous season. Also I seem to get stutters everytime I shoot my gun. I'm also experiencing a lot of input delay. I play on Vulkan, 4:3 everything on low and I am getting around 75 FPS average with dips to 40.

I am running the game on an RTX 2060, i7-9750H, 16GB RAM laptop. I have tried low to high settings with the same FPS and input delay. I tried everything I could to stabilize the game but nothing seems to work.

Please let me know if you have any fix for this

Hey there, RuigeRonnie! Sorry to hear about these framerate issues. It sounds as though you may have given general troubleshooting a try, but be sure to double check each of the steps! When I experience drops in fps, I found that it may also help to ensure that any unnecessary background applications are disabled while playing. Give this a try as well!

Hello everyone, thank you for posting about your FPS drops since the last update.

In order to help try and troubleshoot this, on top of what has already been advised by Ubi-WheelyDuck, could you please try the following -

- Check your FPS settings for the game in Nvidias control panel software or AMD's FreeSync software - you can override this setting per game if you *** the .exe file to the programs list

- Check you meet the minimum requirements for the game and how much of your Vram you are using in the games settings - Check how much Ram and CPU you are using in Task managers performance tab when playing the game

- Update your GPU, Windows OS and Network Card to the latest drivers (I believe the latest Windows 10 update is 20H2)

- Verify your games files to correct any missing game files or corrupt files

- Re-install any supporting software required for the game such as DirectX, Visual C++ x64 and .NET Framework 4.5

- Check to see if you are running conflicting software in the background (then disable them in Task Manager and perform a clean boot)

-Check to see if you are using the dedicated GPU for the game and not the integrated GPU (especially if playing on a laptop) if you open Task Manager on the first screen some players will have GPU0 and GPU1 listed. In the process tab, you can see what applications are using what GPU by default.

- Perform some connectivity troubleshooting -
1. Remove other devices from network
2. Use Ethernet instead of WIFI
3. Check speed https://www.speedtest.net/

Please let me know if you need any help with the steps above and I will happily explain further. This support article should explain how to perform some of these solutions -

Please continue to tell us which game mode you are using be it DirectX or Vulkan and which GPU driver update you are using too, thank you.
