Anyone have a solution to solve a disconnect like this? (check my video) I have experienced this from last year until now it has not been resolved, even though my connection is fine and only in this game, I have also followed troubleshoot from the ubisoft website such as entering all TCP and UDP into the router but still not fixed, besides that I also made a ticket on ubisoft they even blamed my ISP (why do I say they blame my ISP because) while my friend who uses the same ISP is not like me, after that my ISP replaced my router with the latest model but it still wasn't fixed. I also saw some people while playing there were disconnects like me, I think it's not just me, is it because not many people experience this you don't care? https://youtu.be/D--Uya2l5Uk

sorry if there are words that are not good or blame (and my english bad)

Hi asqhalkun! I deeply apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you have experienced while trying to play Rainbow Six Siege. I just reviewed the case you had opened with our team awhile back (12707871), and saw that you worked through very extensive troubleshooting with them. Additionally, it looks like the main conclusion was that you do not experience this disconnects or connection issues while connected to a hotspot/outside connection. With that being said, this is why it was recommended to contact your ISP. Although your friend uses the same provider, the different locations may be what is causing the different outcomes. Since your router was replaced, I would advise reopening your case at support.ubi.com with this update. If needed, you can always create a new ticket and include the reference number for your previous one (12707871) in your initial message. Along with the reference number, please include a screenshot of your port forwarding configuration after completing these steps. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding in the meantime!

But this problem is not only me who is experiencing it and not only where I am located, there are also people from outside my country who are like this. Then I will continue to the ticket I made, hope you can fix this problem, actually if you think I just using another network (hotspot from mobile phone) I can't because if I use that network my ping is above 100 (lag) and also I have to buy a package for hotspots even though I already have wifi.
Thank you for the update there!

I have had a closer look at your case and can see that it is currently being dealt with, therefore in order to keep communication in one place, we will continue with this via case itself and hopefully we will be able to reach the resolution for this sooner than later .

Should you have any other questions, let us know and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
