[2021] Game freezes/crashed mid game (sometimes cannot reconnect back)

Hello recently since the past 2-3 days I am facing random freezes in game. Till now it happened 2 times and both of them happened in the prep phase of the second round. The game will suddenly freeze(my computer remain operational as I can press alt-tab, navigate, PC responds to my keyboard inputs] and will crash to desktop with no error messages just uplay saying" oh no the game has crashed, send crash report". Other times the game will remain frozen and I have to bring out task manager to close it. And sometimes I won't be able to reconnect back to my respective unranked/ranked match it will say " connection attempt to server has failed". This issue started happened like 2-3 days ago, out of nowhere nothing's changed on my computer.
