I keep crash while I start/lose or win a game, but I don't know why. I tried a few of solutions on the web, but nothing, so I'm asking here if someone can help me.

It looks like you're also on PC, and since you're getting a network error, I'd advise looking over our dedicated Rainbow Six Siege Connectivity troubleshooting article here. If your issues persist, please let me know and I will continue to assist you.
@czopkins_ Thanks for letting me know. If you're getting crashing without these connection errors to black screen, I'd first recommend our article on basic PC troubleshooting.
If these crashes continue after completing the troubleshooting in the link I sent, I'd recommend that you reach out to our Support Team via our Support Website or Twitter, with copies of your MSINFO and DXDiag, as well as a brief description of your issue. Once received, our teams will be able to investigate your issue further.
@sassoletale Thank you for the dxdiag. Were you able to complete the steps suggested by @Ubi-SpaceCats ? If so, did you see any changes? If not, an additional process is to startup the PC with a clean boot to make sure no unnecessary background applications are running.
If the crashing continues, please let me know and I can create a support ticket for you. You will then be able to send system diagnostic files to our team for in-depth review.
