hi i was wondering if someone could help cause ive lost 500+ elo and been banned for 5+ hours tbh its bs and it was barible till now many of my friedns have the same issue i get into a ranked game and get kicked instalty error saying battleye bad service version so i reset my rainbow and get unable to connect to game im sick of getting banned and lost elo.

These steps will guide you through submitting files to the support team

1. Click on http://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Cases
2. Enter your Ubisoft Account credentials, and click Login.
3. Click on your case number to find your incident.
4. You may type a response in the "Would you like to add more details?" section.
5. Click "ADD COMMENT" to send the response.
6. Click "Attach documents" and find the requested images / files and click Open.
7. For attaching multiple files, click "+Add Files"
8. Click "SUBMIT ATTACHMENTS" to complete the incident.
