Seems like the problem also affects the Gwangbokjeol challenge. I don't care much about that charm but there seems to be a real problem right now regarding getting the rewards... Please forward the issue to the dev team / server team.

The dev team are aware of the event charms not being added and the issue is under investigation, for the time being we are adding those manually if you can provide screenshots showing the challenge is complete and claimed so if you have completed this challenge I don't mind adding that for you as well if you like?
