It's been 8 days since I've been permanently banned into this game without knowing the real cause. I believe that I do not deserve this because I know for myself that I did not used any third party app for cheating. I submitted a ticket for my appeal but no one seems to care about my case. I am confident that Ubisoft or admin has given me wrong decision.

We do have an appeal process in place, which cannot take place over the Forums.

In regards to your case, please note that we're unable to discuss the details of the outcome and if you have any questions related to your suspension, reach out to us via case itself (which I can see you have already) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please do note that we're currently dealing with high volume of contacts so a slight delay is possible.
