I only get 25+ point when I win a match. I have only played 17 matches. I am on PS4.

Your MMR gains is based on your performance in the team and it is based on your performance against other skilled players.
Not only is it awarded based on your skill rating in the game, but what level of uncertainty you have, as well if you won or lost the match.
If this outcome is unexpected, for example, you lost against players with a lower skill than your team, the MMR updates will be more substantial, and vice-versa if you have won against a higher skilled team, you will earn more MMR.
If you have been playing the game for while and consistently get the same results after a match, this means you have a low uncertainty, as the game believes you have been given a Ranking correctly.
The more games you play and the lower your uncertainty level of winning matches, the less MMR you will receive.
Newer players who have played fewer matches will receive more MMR until they have been correctly ranked.
Your Rank level Silver, Gold, Diamond etc. has no bearing on what MMR you receive, only what players you will play against.
As an additional note, Ubisoft Support have no way to modify your MMR or see how much you should be receiving from a match.
