Hello @henry_05not thank you for getting in touch with us about this visual glitch.
Are you able to record a video or screenshot of this in your game menu, and then link it to us in this thread so we can review this?
To send us a clip or screenshot of this happening in-game >
Please press your controller's Share button, this will allow you to capture a video clip/screenshot, then your console will ask you to upload it straight to YouTube or Twitter. After uploading to one of these websites, you should be able to post the URL link to the video in this thread.
Thanks very much for that screenshot @henry_05not this is a bit odd.
I would like to report this to our Siege team, but for the time being, would you be able to reinstall the game completely, restore your licences and rebuild your database as shown in this guide, as you may have a corrupt game file cauing this, and these steps may resolve this issue as it has worked for similar issues in the past >> https://www.ubisoft.com/help?article=000060522
@henry_05not Thanks for trying these steps out, and sorry to hear this did not help. To ensure that your rank is showing for you correctly and that you can find matches on the data center, I would advise also completing our guide here. However, this guide is not suggesting any issues with your internet connection but helps eliminate any interferences between the Rainbow Six Siege Service and your Internet Service. If the behavior continues after exhausting all steps, please don't hesitate to let us know by creating a support ticket here so we can gather some further information to help share this with the Dev Team moving forward. Any questions you may have in the meantime, please keep us posted!
