Hello,UBI.

I enjoyed R6S everyday.

First of all,I bought some In game purchases(pro league skins,bundles) in December 30.

But None of those never appeared in my game.(passed since purchasing already a week.)

this is the list I bought.
1, Pro League Sets for Ash, Gridlock, Mozzie and Rook.
2, Pro League Sets for Alibi,Maestro ,Lion and Finka.
3, Pro League Sets for Marverick,Clash, Nomad and Kaid .
4, Welcome Pack.(skins for twich and 7 days booster etc...)

No Pro league skins in Inventory,
and no 7 days booster(bundled from Welcome pack).

First and foremost - in regards to the link that you've posted - I have removed as it may contain sensitive information that you do not want to make public.

So that we could proceed, may I ask you to go to our case and provide us with full and uncropped screenshot showing a record of purchase for the items that you've bought and did not receive. If you can attach these screenshots to the ticket, let us know when that's done and we will have a look at it.
