Sorry to hear you have also been encountering these issues.

We would not be able to say what will happen with boosters, all we can advise on that front is that you raise a ticket with our support team on the website, they will be able to see what can be done.

The in-game recording for most consoles gives a generous time-frame for recording large chunks of gameplay. Even if the player we are addressing does not have footage, another player with the same issue might be looking at the forum immediately after encountering it and be able to grab this footage.
