I am currently playing on the PS5 and it takes forever to find a game in ranked, I have searched for games by myself and with a full team.
It takes forever to find a game, 20 minutes, 1 hour the time just goes up.
Please can you assist.

I'm so sorry to hear that you're unable to find ranked games. It's strange there's no difference when queuing up solo or with a full team. Hopefully, we can get this figured out so you can get back to playing and enjoy the game!
If you haven't yet, I'd suggest you start by going through our troubleshooting steps here. If you're still unable to find ranked matches after that, then the next step will be to go through all of the steps in our guide here. These steps will help make sure that nothing is causing the game to be unable to connect/search for the matches properly when you're playing.

Yeah, that could be affecting it as well as the time of day that you are generally playing. If unranked is finding games quickly for you, then I would suggest using that mostly for practice to be able to help climb the ranks and get a higher placement.
