Just to confirm the issue, was the issue that the progression was not being counted and it didn't complete?, That you completed the challenge, but pressing the button didn't work? or you pressed the button, it showed as redeemed but didn't get the item in-game?

We are investigating this issue. You mentioned not being able to get the prizes behind it. Are you able to claim them by pressing "Collect All" or does it not progress with the Battle Pass challenge there?
