[2021] If I invite a friend he/she doesnt receive the notification about the invite

I have a recent problem that occured this morning at me. I wanted to invite my friend to play some ranked in R6. After that neither me, neither my friend received any notifications about the invite. It has been 2 hours since that, we tried everything. Answer this fastly or do something about it dear Ubisoft, cause u are going only downhill
