its been months and I've done everything i can do on my end. (that im able to think of) but im still UN-ABLE to hear anyone in rainbow six IN-GAME voice chat. the personal PARTY chat works but if im SOLO Q in game voice chat does not work
ive tried, deleting and resintalling, changing mac address and all network settings, differnt headsets, different accounts, messing with IN-GAME settings, starting a party chat then clicking "switch to game chat" and still nothing works...

ANYONE that has an answer id much appreciate it and you!!!!!

Hey Sickcallranger6, thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear about the issue you've been dealing with.

First and foremost, taking into account that you've already done extensive troubleshooting, can I ask you to provide us with your screenshots showing in-game Audio Settings? I am interested in 'Voice Chat Threshold' in particular.

Also, I understand that this issue affects Xbox console of yours. If it is indeed, would you be able to clarify which model you have?

Hello Wilmerking, thank you for posting about this too too.

Are you able to upload a screenshot or photo of your in game settings to an image hosting website, such as Imgur or Snipboard and the like, then post the URL for us to view in this thread?

Can you also tell us what headset you are using and is it lugged into your Xbox controller? Does this work with other games voice chat without issue also?

Hello Knightrider2017, thanks for getting in touch, what console are you playing on please? Xbox or PlayStation?

Do you have the accessibility option activated in game for 'voice to text chat' to be clear? I believe we removed this option in a recent Y6 update which is why it may not be working for you..

Do you have a recent picture of your in-game accessibility settings, so we can see if these options are still available for you?

Hello bruhsquid, thanks or contacting us.

I have taken a look at your account for what region you are located in and understand you may have extra options available to you in the games menu.

Could you please check if you have activated one of the accessibility features 'Convert Text to Voice' or 'Convert Voice to Text' previously? If so, could you please disable these options as that may be the reason you are unable to use voice chat in-game.

In addition to this, have you been able to use any other headset to test its microphone?
