I bought 600 R6 Credits for 50% Bonus Renown Event. But I can't see the credits I bought in game. Submit a support ticket last day but no answer.

The R6 credits won't always show up immediately in your account. We always recommend waiting at least 24 hours.

If you have not already, please ensure you log out of Uplay and Steam completely as well.

I see that credits were added when the Season 3 pass was added on August 7, and most of those credits were then spent on a Blackbeard bundle.

Hi Caelumn,

The first thing I'd advise is making sure that the game you are using is from the same company as your account.

If you are using an imported version of the game, then your Credit purchases won't be usable in the game.

Otherwise, as mentioned, if it's been over 24 hours please speak with the Support Team through the site here.
