Hello! After the update on 09.08 (yesterday since creating the topic) i got very anoying and strange problem with the game. It's making the siege almost unplayable. The game randomly freezing for 4/5 seconds like everything stoping and then continues. I never had this problem before. I got this freezings just a day after the server maintenance. I record a in game video where you can see the problem.

This i get only after played few games in a row. Then i get this freezing. After i restart my PC i don't have this problem for few games and then i got it again.

VERY IMPORTANT! I want to say that my PC is in good condition. Not overheating, the video drivers are updated, the operating system is updated. I TRYED TO VERIFY my game files - 0 files veryfied.
ALSO I MET A PLAYR WHO HAVE EXACTLY SAME PROBLEM LIKE MY!
So please let's skip the part "first complete our basic PC troubleshooting steps" I DID IT ALREADY. ALSO I DON'T HAVE THIS PROBLEM IN ANOTHER GAMES! ONLY IN SIEGE!
On the video you can see that while the game is frozen, my pc still recording sound.
I hope i get quick reply and i belive that we can fix this UBI!

LATE EDIT: For your convenience i tryed to attach msinfo32 and dxdiag files but when i press the attach button nothing happend. So i can't attach anything here and i upload the files in 4share.com and i will post the links here. You can get thi files from the links:

Hey folks, sorry to hear you're all experiencing this issue! I'd like to gather a bit more information to help the team look into this issue properly.

@Miko251 I really appreciate you providing that video and attempting to provide those files. I can't access those through a file sharing site, but I can pull them up through our support site. Can you create a support ticket and attach them there?

For everyone else experiencing this, please first of all confirm that the issue persists after running through our basic troubleshooting guide. If it does, please let me know your general system specs. Alternatively, you can create a support ticket and upload your system files.

Thank you for your continued updates.

As noted, this issue is still being investigated by the game team.

They've requested that we confirm the Windows OS versions being used by those affected.

To find out which version of Windows your device is running, press the Windows logo key key + R, type winver in the Open box, and then select OK.

(*r)The info should look like this:
Version 21h2 (OS Build 19044, 1889)

Following some player's posts noting a trend in Intel CPUs being noted in affected PCs, please could you share your CPU model as well as your Windows version as above?
