The old bug where a squad members gets kicked right when loading a match (right before map ban) is back. And the worst part is....IT WILL NOT LET YOU RECONNECT NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO. THE RECONNECTS ALWAYS FAIL. This is on PS4.

If you can provide a video showing a squad member being kicked, then you failing to reconnect to the server, this would be very helpful to our QA team.

Please also let us know the server you are connected to for your region, your ISP, if you are using any VPN software and your model of router.

Thanks for that extra info @croken717 it is very helpful. It does sound as though you could have been connected to another server, do you play in a full squad with your friends, when this usually happens, and are they located in different states?

As you are unable to tell what server you are connected to on console because it does not show in the menu, here are some of the ones you may be connected to as a US player > East US, central US, south-central US, west US, Brazil south

We do have reports of players being unable to reconnect to a match when their connection is lost, but so far we have not noticed any pattern of which location this affects most and would advise connectivity troubleshooting and making a support ticket to help us track these cases.
