I recently got a new Pc. on my old one i downloaded Rainbow 6 Siege at the Steam Store. So when i started Rainbow 6 Siege Uplay AND Steam opened. Now on my new Pc I logged in to Uplay and Steam and on Uplay I still have the game and when I click download it opens Steam and i have to buy the game again but I don't want to becaus as said I already bought the game. I have a few 100 hours and a few black ice skins on this account. What can I do??

You need to be logged in to the correct Steam account that purchased the game to be able to download and install it again.
When you aren't on the correct Steam account, it will just take you to the store page to buy it.
