[2020] [Crash/Freeze]Audio cuts, and seconds later the game crashes

The second time this happened, the audio cuts off while I'm planting the defuser on Villa, six or some seconds later the game crashes, the only difference here is that this time it was a 4-4 scenario, win or lose the match. And when I start up the game again, I'm banned for thirty minutes and lost my ELO + season points progression due to a real stinker of a bug I've never encountered before.

All I ask in compensation is to have my ELO reset to the same I had before I started the match on Villa, that's all I ask for. I'm very furious and angry as I'm writing this, so having back my ELO is the least I ask for.
