[2020] Permanently Banned

i have exactly the same problem as another guy on the forum, i received an email 2 minutes ago saying that i was permently banned for hacking and i haven't played this game since 2017. you guys better do something for that i ain't stoping to get my deban, who likes to pay something then get banned for nothing, that's ridiculous
