Hi there,

If you're being disconnected as often as 7 out of 10 games with other members of your team renaming connected, then the issue most likely lies with your local connection.

Are you connecting to the internet via Ethernet or WiFi? If you're using WiFi, then for testing purposes please try connecting via cable as this provides a stabler connection.

To ensure you have the best connection possible to the servers, please also complete the steps in our connectivity guide for Siege on PC.

I verified the game cache and 3 files were missing (23gb) so I guess that could be the problem XD, and also the key I was talking about was when you buy rb6 on steam it gives you a key to type in uplay to link the accounts.
Yup that used to be the case in the past and still is with some older titles.

Newer games such as Siege, The Division, AC: Origins etc don't come with a key in Steam, instead the license is added to your Uplay account when you launch the game from Steam. You'll then always have to be linked to the same Uplay account you originally redeemed the game on.

If you go to 'Controls > Customise Controls > Walk' you should see which key is set to enable walking. By default this should Alt.

In Controls you can also change if you would like this is be set to 'hold' or not.

We can't tell you exactly how long it takes for the teamkilling bans to reset.

You'll likely be banned for 7 days again and not permanently banned. Permanent bans for team killing, hostage killing or abandoning matches are rare and only happen in extreme circumstances.

Hi there,

There isn't any key associated with your version of Siege. Instead the license is activated from Steam on to your Uplay account.

Could you please try verifying your game files in Steam then restarting both Uplay & Steam and running them both as administrator?
Please also make sure you're not using game share and haven't refunded Siege on Steam.

It looks like you purchased the Dark Woodland skin and it was successfully applied to your account.

Could you restart your game to check if that helps?

Could you make sure that the Siege process isn't running already in your task manager when launching the game?

If that doesn't help, please try the steps in our basic PC troubleshooting guide.

Could you try setting your PC to use a static IP address, then logging into your router and forwarding some ports to that IP?

You can find the required ports in the FAQ below, I'd suggest adding them all but specifically the UDP ports. Also, if you're using Wifi, try with an Ethernet cable for testing purposes.

Could you make sure that the person who launches the game first, is hosting the lobby? Also, if you've completed the port forwarding steps, ensure that the IP the ports are forwarded to is also the IP that's hosting the game.

Could you please go to your Network & Sharing Centre, then Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and set your DNS to use Google's DNS settings?

Preferred 8.8.8.8
