So i got my new pc recently and installed R6, and i have been getting an error that turns the music off during placement/operator selection, but only the music because when i check the team gear it does the sound of it popping up. Thing is after all of that happens the round won't start beacuse i never connect(my hourglass icon never stops spinning), and this can happen any time, even if im like 3 rounds into the game. To fix this ive found that i have to restart the game twice because after the first it will just stay in the loading screen and wont connect to the game at all, and after the second restart it will finally connect. Its also good to note that to close the game when this error/bug happens i have to literally forcefully close it via the task manager because just closing the window wont let me launch it again from steam, and the "Stop" button on steam also wont do anything

Could you please try verifying the games files and let us know if any of these behaviors change?

If not, would it be possible to provide clips demonstrating the audio issues in-game?

I also did some browsing after getting this bug to see if anyone was experiencing something similar and i noticed some people had problems when Ubisoft Connect and R6 were stored in different drives which is also the case for me.

The issue you brought up is not something I've seen before therefore I do really appreciate you sharing this with us.

Now that you've found similarities with the people who have been experiencing the same issue, can I ask if you've possibly tried having both Ubisoft Connect and R6 stored in the same driver to see whether that helps?
