Hello Ubisoft team,
Today I logged in the game to play the new gamemode ( I played it last year aswell and recived 2 special premium packs ) , I won a couple of games and got an Alpha pack but I did not get the premium special event pack. It just shows the 6d time for the other one.
Please check this out and help me, I really want to open up my premium pack but I cannot because I encountered a bug.
I will also leave here some screenshots of the game ( With my items from last year and other stuff )

I have already talked with Mister Chris but I will post this thread here , so other players can see it if they get the same glitch.
