Hi , I created this thread to help those who play in cyber cafe that only Steam Version of R6S are available 
First , download uPlay client from the official uPlay website and make sure Your harddisk have enough space (Minimum 50GB)
While the uPlay client is downloading , head to the R6S Game file ( Usually located in C:/Program Files(x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege)
Create a new folder at another location and name it with the same name AKA Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege (Copy from the folder name is the easiest way)
Copy everything in the Steam version of R6S and paste it in the new folder that we created ( You can choose cut and paste if You doesn't want to keep the Steam Version)
After that, uPlay should be ready to install. Install it at Default location which the Installer provide.
Run uPlay client via Administrator right (Run as Administrator)
Go press the Download button at the R6S Game Tab and locate the new folder.
Andddd wait for the uPlay to verify and update the game
Gaming Time.
FAQ :
Q : Why uPlay said i need an Active connection and sufficient space to start the download?
A : Make sure the new folder's permission is available for all user
Q : Why is it so complicated to convert between Steam and uPlay Version ?
A : Well because UBISOFT doesn't care if the Locate Installed Game button work or not, they simply want us to redownload the game to make sure the integrity of the game is in good shape.
