Hi @Ev283012 , thanks for coming back to us about this. My apologies for the delay in responding. We work through these forums to answer everyone from the oldest posts first, so it can take a little while to get back to everyone.
I understand you've faced issues with your PS4 disconnecting from the internet when in a match on Siege, despite that it seems otherwise fully connected. You've faced long queue times when matchmaking. I understand you've also had an abandonment sanction. I'll be happy to help you get to the bottom of this issue.
My apologies for the misnamed thread. From your initial explanation, it had sounded like you were disconnecting during matchmaking, but now that you've clarified we're able to name the thread something more specific. You'd mentioned being unable to find how to post a thread here on Discussions, so I just wanted to clarify that this is done with the blue 'New Topic' button at the top-right on desktop, and the blue pencil icon at the bottom on mobile. Let me know if you are unable to find these options, as I'd certainly wish to investigate in that case.
I understand your hesitance to accept troubleshooting. As far as I can see, it has never been reported internally that a console would entirely disconnect from the internet while playing Siege, so I'm confident this is not a persistent issue with the game or our servers. Although it can seem like a game or system is connected to the internet, some functions need more access than others. As such, I'd still recommend running through the steps in our connectivity guide. You've already reset your network hardware, which is great, but please also do the steps to make sure you're running the launcher and game with administrator rights, you're on a wired connection where possible, and you've checked for conflicting programs such as firewalls, VPNs, or downloader programs anywhere on the network.
I am confident the above steps will help with the disconnects you've faced, but if not, please let me know - I'll have some further ideas we can try to get this resolved for you. In that case, can you explain more precisely what happens when the console disconnects? Do you get an error message?
Queue times can be influenced by many different factors, such as the time of day, or which other players are within your skill range. On console, there isn't an option to move to a different data centre. My apologies for the inconvenience. We've got a full write-up of how matchmaking works here on our site.
Lastly, I just wanted to mention that having multiple accounts violates our Terms of Use - please review section 2-2.5 . It sounds like you've specifically moved to the other account in order to play in a lower tier than your other accounts, which sounds like smurfing. However, I appreciate that you'd mentioned that you've had glitch issues with the other accounts. I'm not familiar with the ELO glitch you've mentioned, and I'd really like to make sure we're investigating any issues - can you explain to me what happens when you play those other accounts?
Let me know if I can clarify any of the steps or questions I've mentioned, or if you've any other questions at all.
