i was in a ranked match and went to screen share the game to my friend on discord when i tabbed back in my game froze and crashed and now i cant reconnect because Ubisoft cant figure out how to create customer service all i want is at least my elo back

Would you please clarify if you received an error code or message? Also, have you experienced freezes & crashes for more than this one instance?
