First and foremost, can you advise whether it's something that you experience regularly or was that just a single occasion? Also, by saying that this has happened to you and your friends, do you mean that they were part of the same game? Also, do you recall what time roughly did this game took place?

[EDIT] I Have Multiple Videos Of This Happening. Recently Got A Bug Where I Opened Barricade On My Screen It Was Opened.. I Asked My Teammate To Come To Me And Open It, Once Its Open On Your Screen Without Explosive You Cannot Do Anything To "open" It Server Side. Also Have Video Of This Too!!

[EDIT 2] This Has Been An Issue As Far Back As 2018, I Specifically Remember Because RANKED Playlist Maps Had Nightmode An That Has Been Removed Since.

Can we ask have you completed the steps in the link above provided by Ubi-Karl? This does sound like a rubber banding issue and these steps should help sync your gameplay up with everyone else on the server.
