In the past 10 days or so, I can no longer hear my teammates on voice comm.

I can still see their speaking indicator icon and name on the right side of the screen, but I hear no sound.

Regular gameplay sounds are fine and normal.

It's just voice comm.

I confirmed that my Options/Settings are configured to have voice comm volume @ 100%, and voice chat is indeed toggled 'on'. For the hell of it I toggled it off and on again, No avail.

PC Windows 10, all updated on patches (including the most recent Windows seasonal update).

Type Privacy Settings into the start menu, and click on the option that comes up.

In this window click on Microphone in the list on the left and select Let apps use my microphone.

@Hexstly, please create a case on the support website and submit your DxDiag and MsInfo files for further investigation and provide me with your case number when it's created.

Thanks.

Hey,

Just had a look at your case, can you uninstall VoicemodDesktop.exe?

Hello everyone, sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

There are no known mic issues in-game currently; we have tried to reproduce this issue however everything works fine in a testing environment.

Can you please changing from Push-To-Talk to Open and let me know if the issue persists?

For those that haven't tried, please refer to our troubleshooting herehttps://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Article/000060669. It's very important to make sure your default communication device is set up.

Also if you have a friend or family member who also owns the game, try launching the game (with their permission of course) from their account. This is to help determine if it is a profile / setting issue.

I hope that helps!
