Quick question in 2021 do is still get -MMR (reduced mmr) for abandoning match?
I got electricity shutdown in my house during storm and we were just in BANNING PHASE. If yes, I suggest for future to not get -MMR for abandoning just time penalty. It's quite unfair if my team cancel match (no penalty or MMR lost) and I get reduce my MMR.
MMR loss shouldn't even be for leaving match if leaver team won >> no elo gained for leaver. Everyone can experience electricity shutdown or internet problems in worst cases like last round 4/4 or start of the game. And it take some time to connect again to match. For me it takes around 30 minutes to turn on electric.
