[2020] How do I get the tech cavalry headgear for zofia?

I think the headgear was removed from the store and was a Limited Time item. It's possible the headgear made its way into an Alpha Pack, but I don't have any concrete information on that.

Only evidence I have to support that, is the fact previous cosmetic items that've left the store have found their way into Packs.
