[2021] [Bug/Glitch]Operator pick phase taking very long to load.

Hello! After the latest season update (Crimson heist) the operator pick phase takes very long to load. The first round always loads instantly but then all the rounds load just a few seconds before the op-pick phase ends (it is very random). Sometimes it even loads after the operator pick phase ends so I get a ranom pick and that is very annoying. I never had this problem before the newest update, the game is installed on a SSD, I have a pretty good internet and a pretty decent computer so I am sure it is not a problem with my computer.

I have never played on the Vulkan version before but I have tried it yesterday for the first time and the load times were significantly better. In two whole games the lowest time was when i had about 18 second which is absolutely awsome. It is still not as fast as it used to be before the latest update but it is definitely enough.
