- Press Alt + Enter (switches between fullscreen + windowed mode) to see if that works

- Ensure both Uplay & R6S are trusted by your anti-virus

Just to double-check, are there any error messages you receive or does it just freeze whilst loading up? Also, did you have a chance to do the troubleshooting steps that Ubi-Raziel advised?
