[2020] Rainbow Six Siege crashing to desktop randomly

When I'm playing Rainbow Six Siege, it seems to like crashing to the desktop every so often. It will open up the tab and the chat box then the game will close after a few seconds. This is getting really annoying and I'm wondering if anyone had a solution to this at all? My ram is fine, as is the space on my hard drive, I can run the game at a smooth frame rate and have adequate ping (averages from 50-61). Can anyone offer an answer to this, please?

Hey JohnLovesGaming! I checked on a ticket you created, and it appears that you had resolved your issue by adding Siege as an exception to your Antivirus. Let us know if you need any further assistance!

If you are able to advise your computer specification we are happy to check if it is compatible. Alternatively you can also take a look at the system requirements

It may also be worth checking to ensure Siege is whitelisted in your anti virus software
