[2021] 2-Step Verification is not working

So I recently got banned on r6 and contacted support over it when I said it was a false ban the person replied with is your account verified I knew it was but just in case I checked it and it was on still. So I'm looking through my account and in my last 5 logins there is this guy who was logging into my account from Detroit and I then I knew why I was banned I have made this apparent to the support team since Friday and no response yet. However here is where I'm mad he asked me to verify my account but as soon as I saw this man in my account still I immediately changed all my passwords for google account, steam account, and Ubisoft account, anything tied to it at all and what do I find today the man has logged in 5 times today on my account without me getting a single email about 2 step or that someone is in my account from an untrusted device like this is ridiculous if its not gonna help people not get into my account then why ask in the first place someone please help me understand the point of this system if it doesn't at least inform me there in my account.
