As for the frame drops, there has been no planned changes made to intentionally reduce the game's frame rate on the PlayStation 4, so we'd like to go through some troubleshooting to try and address this, if you could please give the steps in this guide a try and let us know if there's any changes?

Additionally, as you noted seeing drops in firefights, do you see any drops elsewhere such as the menus and are you also capped to 29 throughout the whole game regardless of what you're doing?
