[2020] [Crash/Freeze]Game crashes on first screen

Hey guys, I have a wierd crash. Every time I start the game it lunches on first screen where you see WARNING: READ BEFORE PLAY, it stays thaere for 30 seconds and then crashes, not even trying to connect to ubisoft services. But when I login to my other account game starts normaly.

I already tried with support all troubleshooting tips, sent them NFO file, unistaled MIcrosoft C++, instaled again, reinstaled the game, every thing.

Please if anyone knows how to fix this let me know.

Only strange thing is that it will start on one account but on my main it wont.

Hey! Sorry to hear that you have experienced this issue and thank you for the troubleshooting steps that you have done so far.

You mentioned sending us your .NFO files, however we need the .txt files of your system files. You can find how to submit this to us here: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-US/Article/000061449

I'm very sorry we were unable to return to you sooner, and I'm happy to see a solution was found.

Your issue was tackled the correct way. Once it is understood that a game issue is account-specific, it us often due to a corrupt save / profile.

Long freezes and failing to load games
