[2020] uplay level reset

Hey Erwin_the_third,

This issue is often caused by corrupted local save files.To try and resolve it, please run through the steps in this FAQ.

Just a heads up, though! This will reset your Operator loadouts and Situation progress. But it should sort out the issue.

I have looked up at both of your accounts and it appears that levels are there, as well as all of your Ubisoft Club Units.

Could you clarify as to where is it showing that your level and amount of units is 0?
