Saturday evening, 4/3/2021 around 9:00 PM ET; playing an Unranked game. Round 5 is just beginning; prior to the prep phase ending, everyone gets stuck in place. Everyone, apparently on both teams, gets a server-connection error; apparently all players kicked, because nobody was given the option to try to reconnect, and everyone was instantly banned for 30 minutes.

During the ban, tried to play the Magic event...and again in round 5...boom....server connection failure and kicked from the game.

Just in case you were wondering how to run a company...it's at this point of repeated incompetence that you fire people, and hire more capable individuals.

It's not just the servers being down. Even when they're "up"...they're still kind of down. There is a massive desync issue between operator models and their hitboxes, or the servers are just laggy to the point that people can SLOW peek and still see you 2 full seconds before the killcam starts playing (they never show up on your screen in time to see). Again, I'm not talking about quick-peeks here. SLOW-peeking...and still see you first. Something is WAY off.

Sorry to hear that you continually encounter lag a connection issues.
