[2022] freezing around game 3 or 4 - unplayable freezing

even after the most recent update i am still freezing around game 3 or 4 and its consant lasting up to 6 to 10 secs every 1 or 2 seconds and makes the game unplayable
is there anyway to fix this because i have spoke to 2 of your staff and i went through all the connection instructions and my game is still like this
