Over 2 weeks ago my account was banned for botting for 15 days and throughout the whole duration I've been contacting support but with no progress at all, my account history is nothing but ranked games with 1 friend and I don't know what to do to get Ubisoft support to review the ban properly. It's unbanned now, but I don't care, it was banned unfairly and I wasn't able to play the game for ages so I want this to be resolved.

I've constantly been trying convey my problem to support and they keep just saying things like we can't go over the details of the automated system and that they cannot lift temporary bans but no sort of actual review of the ban. What am I supposed to do to get an agent capable of being able to look over and review evidence of the ban to see it was done unfairly? All of the support agents on the ticket have no capability of being able to manually review the ban with evidence properly from what I've been told and it's not reasonable enough because how am I supposed to get the ban reviewed fairly otherwise. Is there someone higher up who can look at it

I've seen another thread where a few others got banned for botting and they don't know why either, they didn't receive any support or a review of the actual ban.
Any advice?

Hey @ItBeMeSometimes

I'm sorry to hear you had a temporary ban. Part of the reason we are unable to look into temporary bans, is due to the amount of time it would take the team who can look into bans to do so and get a reply back from them, it would have likely already expired.
