On my PS4 account I had a lot of dlc characters and I paid for all and I connected my Ubisoft account to my Xbox series-x and all of my operators were gone. Please help?

As it stands, Cross-Progression for Siege is only available between current and next-gen consoles within the same family, meaning that if you had PS4, you can only transfer that content over to PS5 and if you had Xbox One, you could transfer that content over to Xbox Series X/S.
