Dear Ubisoft,
I am texting for my friend that has problem with 2-step verification in general. Problem is that it says that his number cannot be connected to the ubisoft and we have few options that it can be. Option number one is that he used it for an another account but he dont know about it or the last option is that it is some sort of issue on your Side.

Sorry to hear you're not able to play competitive games of R6S at the moment.

Could you let us know what error or message you're receiving when trying to connect to a competitive match? Are you able to share any screenshots of this?
