Ubisoft, oh my god, 5 years and still remains bugs to reconnect, dissapointed, i was winning a game and suddenly the screen crashed, after that i restarted the game and i couldnt reconnect, and when the match finished i got banned and lost mmr, congrats ubisoft.

Did you get any particular error code before or after this crash happened you can tell us about so we can see what may have caused this?
