[2020] Match Disconnected and Abandon Penalty

Thanks for getting in touch. The game sees disconnects as players trying to drop out of games deliberately and will adjust MMR for all players on the team, if this happens often the game will give an abandonment sanction.

Did you happen to be wining the match? And do your disconnections happen often?

I understand your frustration, and we are working on ways to solve this.

Sorry to hear you were disconnected especially at such a key point in the game, I can totally understand how frustrating that would be. I suspect it probably wouldn't let you were reconnect as the game had already concluded if it it was in overtime. Is this a regular occurrence for you that you're being disconnected?
