I have been watching the streams with that have drops enabled for siege. I have my ubisoft account connected to my twitch and my steam account. However, instead of getting the message under the stream that drops have been enabled, it still gives me the "Enable in-game Drops with Account Link." I have already done this. Now I have watched over two hours of the stream and still have not gotten any notification about my drops. I tried relinking my twitch and ubisoft account and I'm still having this issue. I also want to mention that every time I'm on the Ubisoft drop page, I have to reenable the "Activate my Account" every time I refresh the page. I have received drops in the past as well so I don't understand why there is an issue.I had my friend log in on my computer and make a twitch account. They were able to connect their ubisoft account with twitch and it says drops are enabled for them in bright green. Also when they refresh their ubisoft drops page, it does not ask them to activate it. This is what leads me to believe that there is something wrong with my ubisoft drops on my account. I'm also curious if this issue is resolved, will I get my charms? Or does it only start tracking after you enable it. I find it silly since I've watched several hours of the streams between yesterday and today and to have to start over would be terrible.

Have you attempted any browser troubleshooting at all when attempting to enable drops?

Hey guys,

ToastyWriter, you noted that you originally had another Twitch account linked to your Ubisoft account.

Do you still have access to this Twitch account? If so, can you please try relinking the original Twitch account and seeing if you're still stuck with 'Enable Drops' or if it activates as it should do through that account.

This issue has been passed onto the team it's been passed on these steps aren't successful.

I appreciate the inconvenience this is causing and we do look at every occasion on individual basis, therefore I can see that you've created a case and there has been on-going communication.

We're currently dealing with higher volume of contacts than per usual therefore slight delay before we can come back is possible however rest assured, we will deal with it. In the meantime, I will look what can I do to speed up the process of this and going forward, communication will take place via case itself.

I understand what you mean and as I can see, your case is under escalation, so when you get a chance, if you can post your update there too that would be great as going forward we would ideally like to keep the communication in one place.
