[2021] [Crash/Freeze]Siege won't load when using Vulkan

I have an RX 580 with the latest driver and I had no issues running the Vulkan version before Operation North Star, but now I either get a black screen or a static version of the seizure warning screen after the initial loading on launching the game is finished. I've tried deleting the Vulkan shader cache multiple times but it didn't help fixing the issue either. The game works fine when I'm using the regular version, but as I get way better FPS with Vulkan I would be happy if I could continue using it.
