[2023] Can't redeem skins for G36C and P90 on Ubisoft Connect

I own Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier and Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist on my Ubisoft Connect but when playing them I am unable to claim the skins for the G36C and P90 in Rainbow Six Siege. I already started both games directly in Uplay, on the desktop, I cleared the Ubisoft Connect cache... in short, I did everything I could find that could help, but I can't redeem the rewards in any way. On November 24, 2022, I opened a support ticket but to date I have not received a response regarding my issue. Including, I can't play both games for more than 10 minutes straight because there are constant "crashes", making it impossible to finish any mission.
